2-chamber bags are used for packaging when two products or components need to be separated. This is done by producing tubular sections that are then divided into two chambers using strips and O-rings. This allows the bags to be filled and closed from two sides. 2-chamber bags are primarily used for packing dual component glues, resins and lacquers. The advantage: The strips and rubber can be mixed in the closed bag after they are removed. As a result the curing reaction only sets in shorty before use. We produce 2-chamber bags in various sizes and variations. You can choose from various film materials depending on the content. You can also choose the size of the bag and the chambers.
ROUND AND BLOCK BOTTOM BAGS
Round and block bottom bags are made from a flat bag in which a bottom is either inserted or formed from the flat bag. We produce all standard sizes, as well as custom and unusual sizes. The material, size and type of the bottom of the bag depend on the intended use and content. We are happy to advise you on these options. We can also produce bags with additional options, e.g. a lock or fastener.

- Block bottom bags: made of a single flat bag, bottom inserted post-production, rounded edges.
Attention: We carry block bottoms in all standard sizes. We can also develop a custom block according to your specifications!
- Round bottom bags and sacks: made from a single flat bag, extra bottom welded in post-production (material: aluminium composite film. Bottom diameter: 100 – 395 mm, length: 100 – 1500 mm).
BAGS WITH 45-DEGREE TIP
Bags with a 45-degree tip are used for paste-like goods. The paste can be applied or dispensed by applying pressure after opening or cutting off the tip. Simply provide us with the sizes or fill volumes you need if interested. We are happy to produce according to your needs.
A bag-in-bag system is composed of two individual bags. The external bag is made of a strong, robust aluminium or PA/PE composite. A second packaging unit is placed inside. Both units can be joined with a bottom seam. This allows the internal bag to remain flexible during the filling process. Alternatively, the interior bag can be firmly attached with external seams. This is done when 100% protection against leakage is the primary objective. Bag-in-bags can serve as flexible packaging systems. We are happy to work with you to find the right packaging solution.
